Do not send passwords, login tokens, payment details or identity documents. An assistance request does not disable an account.

Your request receipt

Save your receipt to check progress after signing out. It contains a private access key: keep it safe and do not share it publicly.

What happens to your data?

After ownership is verified and the request is accepted, the game account becomes unavailable while its data is processed. Submission is not confirmation of completed deletion.

We delete or irreversibly anonymise associated account information, saved progress, virtual currency and unlocks, subject to necessary legal or security retention. We explain any applicable retention in the result.

Restricted backup copies may remain for up to 30 days after main-system deletion. Relevant service providers are included in the process as applicable. See our privacy policy for details and request-handling times.
